As seen in @northjerseynews, Town Title is proud to have facilitated the title for the purchase of the real property under which a lease agreement was just signed between Atlantic Health System and Milelli Real Estate Partners at the former Corrado’s Market in Wayne, NJ. @atlantichealth will occupy 25,000 sq ft of the 35,000 sq ft anchor space, revitalizing the Point View Shopping Center.
