Town Title Agency – in conjunction with First American Title Insurance Company – closed on a $50mm dual-property refinance deal on Monday, Dec. 11, for Atrium Health & Senior Living. The two properties involved in the transaction are located in Princeton and Matawan, N.J. A New York-based investment firm financed the deal.
