Town Title Agency recently insured a 21 site financing portfolio transaction worth over $100mm, spanning 9 states. The insured, Columbia Net Lease Venture (CNLV) is a NJ based private, open ended, real estate investment fund focused on net leased retail properties with long term leases nationwide. The transaction was funded by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A and included various properties throughout the North East and Mid West.

Subsequent to this financing, Town Title also insured a mortgage modification for CNLV in the amount of $67,550,000.
