Town Title Agency, in conjunction with First American Title Insurance Company, recently insured a 12-property portfolio transaction spanning six states: New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Louisiana and Colorado. The portfolio, purchased by Columbia Net Lease Venture, was valued at $55mm. Santander Bank financed the $37mm loan.
