In the latest transaction for its thriving healthcare division, and in conjunction with First American Title Insurance Company, Town Title Agency recently insured a 13-property portfolio spanning several states, including Wisconsin, Nevada, North Carolina, Florida, New Jersey, and Connecticut. The portfolio was originated by CPI Medical Fund One, LLC – who was represented in the deal by Cole Schotz P.C. – for just over $102mm. Financing for $75mm was provided by Santander Bank.
