Town Title Agency recently insured a $135mm purchase transaction on a FedEx building in Gaithersburg, MD. SunCap Gaithersburg, LLC sold the building — located at 800 North Frederick Avenue – to Morris Gaithersburg Associates, LLC. $39mm worth of financing was provided by Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America.
