Town Title Insures $90MM Port Carteret Purchase

Town Title Agency, working alongside Cole Schotz, P.C., recently insured the $90mm purchase of Port Carteret, an industrial seaport complex located at 300 Middlesex Avenue in Carteret, N.J. The loan on the transaction was for $87.5mm, with $2.25mm of mezzanine financing provided by Acore Capital Mortgage, LP.

Port Carteret is an industrial seaport complex located on the Arthur Kill in Carteret, New Jersey. The port is located in a heavy industrial area that is zoned for office, industrial manufacturing, warehousing, research and laboratory usage. Upon completion of its planned development, Port Carteret will consist of 2.1 million square feet of industrial space within seven buildings.
