Town Title Agency Handles $52mm Commercial Refinance Transaction

Town Title Agency recently insured a $52mm commercial refinance transaction in Catonsville, Md. Investors Savings Bank handled the financing for Wharton Realty Group, a New Jersey-based acquisition/property management company that has been in business for more than 30 years.
 
Over the past several years, Wharton Realty Group, Inc. has acquired more than 20 properties in 12 states with a current total portfolio of over 30 properties. The company presently owns more than six million square feet of office and retail space on the East and Southeast coasts. Their more recent transactions have been Rivertowne Commons in Oxon Hill, Md., and the Target- and Costco-anchored Seaview Square in Ocean, N.J. They are also excited about closing several new properties currently under contract within the next few months.
