Paramus native takes on post-closing coordinator role for full-service title agency
PARAMUS, N.J. – Town Title Agency is thrilled to announce the addition of Bergen County native Lauren Regalbuto to its post-closing team. Hired in January, Regalbuto now serves as the agency’s Post Closing Coordinator/Client Service Liaison, which is a new position at the agency.
Regalbuto comes to Town Title with more than two decades’ worth of experience in her field. Prior to joining Town Title, Regalbuto held a number positions in the real estate field, including working in a property management office in the Bronx, N.Y., for several years.
“Hiring Lauren was an easy decision,” says Chris Rotio, Town Title’s Vice President of Operations. “When we decided to invest in this resource to add an additional layer of support to our clients from a customer service perspective – helping to tie up loose ends, providing copies from prior closings – we realized quickly that Lauren was the perfect fit. She certainly has the experience, and she brings a fresh perspective to our post-closing operations.”
In her new role at Town Title, Regalbuto handles much of the legwork that comes after a closing, supporting the agency’s paralegals with post-closing tasks, recordings, filings, escrows, wire transfers and much more.
“Every day here is different – it’s always changing – and I like that about Town Title,” Regalbuto says. “I like that there’s always something different to take care of because it’s allowing me to learn new things as I go. And the staff here is wonderful. We all work with ease around each other. It’s a very nice environment to be in. We all pick each other up and help each other out.”
Regalbuto resides in Paramus and is the mother of three sons, ages 22, 19 and 18.
