With an impressive career spanning over 40 years in the title insurance industry, Gerry joins Town Title following notable tenures at Commonwealth Land Title and Fidelity National Title Insurance Company.
Highly recommended by industry veteran Scott Sumner, Vice President and Underwriting Counsel at Fidelity National, Gerry brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. His extensive portfolio includes involvement in significant real estate transactions such as Trump Castle, Trump Taj Mahal, The Borgata, Red Bulls Arena, Riverside Square Mall, and the landmark $1.2 billion Giants Stadium and Giants Practice Facility/Met Life Stadium deal.
Gerry will oversee all commercial underwriting and examining duties at Town Title while directing the rapidly growing National Title Services division in his new role. Additionally, he will support residential title issues and enhance client services as Town Title continues to expand its reach and capabilities.
