Town Title Insures $33.3mm FedEx Construction Loan in Texas

Town Title Agency is continuing to expand its presence within Texas, most recently insuring the $33.3mm construction loan for a FedEx freight development site in Laredo, with People’s United Bank providing the funding. The property was originally purchased back in February as a joint venture between CPI Laredo Holdings and Scannell Properties in a transaction that was also insured by Town Title.
