Town Title Agency recently insured the $51mm purchase of the Hudson Lights retail and parking complex located on Main and Hudson Streets in Fort Lee, NJ. Investors Bank provided $30mm in financing on the transaction.

Hudson Lights contains 140,000 square feet of retail space, anchoring a 1 million-square-foot, mixed-use development with 276 luxury residential units and dedicated on-site parking in the heart of Fort Lee, at the crossroads of New York and New Jersey. The property is surrounded by a dense and affluent neighborhood of northern Bergen County and a short trip to New York’s Upper West Side.
